i don't think even replays exist either. all i could find was their FB page.

There’s a site, racewithtrs.com, that has links to tracks of that ilk. Most are a step or half-step above the bushes. It varies what you can find from track to track. Those meets are usually just a few days. There are many instances in which a horse will run opening day as a prep for a stake on closing day and they’ll have just a day or two in between. These horses usually get the winter off.

he's still entered today. may be scratched later but we're just 3 hours away from the race.

Since everyone is waiting for the results, here they are.

Weston did run back and won the race by nearly 5 lengths at nearly 5-1. Don Juan Kitten ran second at .20 on the dollar. Well clear of the third horse.

Exacta between the two best horses was $20.

Don Juan Kitten chart comment: chased 2P, outfinished.

Don Juan Kitten won a 5.5 furlongs allowance at "Elko Fair" on September 4.

Field of four, surface was dirt. Purse of $5K.

Found him on Facebook.

That was a day after he finished 4th in a mixed allowance that was 770yds, probably too short for him.

Meanwhile Weston won a 3-horse 950yd stakes (non black type, listed as a "mixed" race but all runners were TB) at Black Foot last weekend. $4750 purse. Making more than they would finishing up the track in California, I suppose. Unfortunately one of the entries in that race, the 9yo Carson's Fireball, is listed as "did not finish". He raced 5 times in the span of 2 weeks back in July. Would like to know what happened.

5 days later and another easy "stakes" win for Weston at Black Foot. It's a living.

Don Juan Kitten is entered in an allowance race Tuesday, Oct. 4 at Arapahoe Park in Colorado for a $25,000 purse.

Would love to see the race, not sure if their signal or replays are available.

Apparently Arapahoe streams via RTN.

Yeah Arapahoe is a step up from the podunk tracks. It'll be interesting to see how his form stacks up against the horses on this circuit.

Don Juan Kitten was a vet scratch for yesterday's Arapahoe allowance. Last thing posted to Facebook was a headshot of him the day before the race.

Glad to see he was scratched, let's see if he is entered back.

Interesting that one of DJK's rivals from a couple years ago, Bye Bye Melvin, finished second Saturday behind War Like Goddess. They traded nose decisions a couple of years ago at Saratoga and Pimlico.

Don Juan Kitten is entered tomorrow at Turf Paradise - an AOC, 5.5 furlongs.

He is 8/1 and will be facing MSW Minister of Soul. DJK has a different owner (Moises Rodriguez) and a new trainer (Jeff Allred).

I find it interesting that DJK is still an entire.

5:45 eastern time post. No stream available for Turf Paradise web site, you'd need RTN.

Think the replays are available on their site next day.
