I think you are correct. The exercise rider has the Phipps colors on, so its most likely Shug.

That would be Dance Swiftly she is a favorite on the Winstar foaling cams and I have enjoyed watching her.

I think she probably does make it to a race before her older brother though he should follow fairly soon.
