That is a great photo. How likely is it that an offspring would choose to express nervous energy in the same manner as his dam, who made that "dance" kind of famous?

A lot of horses do this. I agree that photo is awesome though.

Of the two, this is the one I'm looking forward to the most. It stands a way better chance at being less of a plodder than the Bernardini.

His ankle doesn't looks as puffy in the shot of him running. I wonder if the way the light hits that oddly-shaped hunk of white on his ankle created a bit of an optical illusion, making it look a little...um...bulbous?
He's a more balanced-looking horse than his brother, and I like the way he's looking down the track with his ears pricked.

Interesting he's "dancing" like his mother. I thought Coz could make me drool. Wow he is a looker. One things for sure, she makes pretty babies. I could only imagine what Princess Z would have looked like.

Storm the Stars (2012 Sea the Stars X Love Me Only [Sadler's Wells X Mariah's Storm], dam is half to Giant's Causeway and super-broodmare Youresothrilling) won the listed Cocked Hat Stakes at Goodwood yesterday. The Cocked Hat is traditionally seen as the last recognized prep for the Derby, but the colt will instead target the St. Leger.

From what I've heard, Aidan O'Brien thinks he is a miler through-and-through and will stick to the premier mile contests in Europe. However, Coolmore's most highly touted Derby prospects (John F Kennedy, Ol' Man River, Christophermarlowe, etc.) have flopped in most of the trials so far... so I wouldn't be entirely shocked if he went to the Derby - though it could end up like Dawn Approach in 2013
