Yes! Was this his fourth start? Hope this is the start of a positive trend for him.

4th, just missed 3rd. She closed pretty well. Wouldn't mind betting her first time she tries 9F.

Cast in Silver (1/2 to Palace Malice) was 2nd in R4 at GG today. This was her third start and first attempt on the turf. She never really looked comfortable but finally got it together in the stretch.
quote="mariasmon"]Lady Serena (3/4 to Honor Code) debuts tomorrow at SAR.
Didn't show much ........
She was 4th. The winner, Feathered, was so impressive that no one else looked too hot.
She ended up finishing 4th? I'm surprised because she looked very uncomfortable on the track. I'm not sure how good a race this was....... I just saw that the 6 furlong fraction was 1:12 and change, which seems kind of slow. That said, LS is a lean, elegant filly who had a bad post for a debut and so certainly she should improve next out.

Speaking of Honor Code, is he still around? Has he been retired?
He rehabbed at Winstar- and then was sent to a training center(mid june)- but no official works yet. He was under tack and jogging at Winstar- I would suspect he is coming back at some point. Missing the handsome boy- and Lady Serena may need more time, perhaps she is the nervous type? I have heard the most fretful horse on the track are 2 yr old fillies.

I think I read somewhere the Cigar Mile was the goal. Have no idea what's up with him currently as far as training goes though.

Last I knew, he was at Fair Hill, but hasn't recorded a work. He looked great near the end of his time at WinStar, but haven't seen anything on him since he shipped out.

No official works- but left Winstar in June to continue with training. One would assume back with Shug. While at Winstar- he was under tack and working.
