She is entered in the Keeneland November Sale as a racing or broodmare prospect. She is one of my favorites as well.

Yeah I have no idea, I read a DRF article that said she might come back, and then a Bloodhorse article where her connections talk about how sad they are to retire her. So... not sure anybody knows anything!

I saw an article where Krikorian was trying to decide if he was going to sell her or withdraw her to keep for his own broodmare band.

War Like Goddess was an RNA so I wonder if that means she'll race on.

I'm surprised Australia wanted a stayer mare. Someone's trying to breed a Melbourne Cup winner.

I wonder who she would be bred to. I'm not too familiar with Australian stallions.

Yuesheng Zhang doesn't really seem to care if it's a stayer or sprinter. He wants G1 winning mares on turf, period. He has purchased over 60 individual Gr.1 winners or producers in the last couple years.

In terms of what stallions will she go to, I assume it will be one of these:

Written Tycoon is one of the best sires in Australia, but there are also a couple of younger stallions, like Lucky Vega, that Zhang has supported with top mares.

Yulong's freshman stallion Alabama Express recently got his first G1W and has done well so far. That's also an option.

Perfect Trip Rolls Out Red Carpet for Mrs. Astor
https://www.bloodhorse.com/horse-racing ... -mrs-astor

The filly's name and the stakes race immediately made me think of the actress Mary Astor (1906 - 1987). She is best known for her role in The Maltese Falcon (1941).

Is it confirmed that all/any of those 3 you mention are running in the Saudi Cup? I thought Sierra Leone was getting a break?

The big return of Arrogate daughter Accuracy:
McCarthy had a big final weekend of the Del Mar autumn meeting. On Friday, the 3-year-old filly Accuracy won her debut against winners in an allowance race at a mile. Ridden by Rispoli, Accuracy led throughout and pulled clear late to win by 7 1/4 lengths as the 1-10 favorite. She was timed in 1:35.85 and earned an exceptional Beyer Speed Figure of 95.

It was not a career-best figure. Accuracy won a maiden race at 1 1/16 miles at Santa Anita by 15 lengths on Oct. 19, earning a figure of 107.

The two runaway wins has left McCarthy contemplating a start for Accuracy in the Grade 1 La Brea Stakes for 3-year-old fillies at seven furlongs at Santa Anita on Dec. 26.

Accuracy was third in her only start in a sprint, her career debut in a maiden race at 6 1/2 furlongs at Del Mar in early August.

β€œDo we back up to seven-eighths?” McCarthy said. β€œYou have to think about it. She’s naturally fast. We’ll see what the next few weeks bring.”

Accuracy, by Arrogate, races for Mike Repole. She has won 2 of 4 starts and earned $83,400.

Sacred Wish won the Matriarch, a neck over Gina Romantica (in her last race) and the quick Ag Bullet.
Not This Time sure is a good sire.
