Honestly, does it really matter to Justify’s connections seeing how he’s on his way to being one of the greatest sires of all time? Only thing I can think is Coolmore no longer being able to advertise him as “The only undefeated Triple Crown winner, ever!”

Well if you think he'll be around much longer breeding 300 mares a year you're mistaken. So he must not be that valuable to his connections

I think his book is over 300 mares.

Justify as a living creature isn’t valuable to them, his stud fees are. Coolmore can always stand one of his top colts like Storm Boy. Again, I wish it was different but his connections will put the dollar above the horse’s welfare. I already had a bad feeling about Justify’s soundness as I saw a photo of him wearing orthopedic shoes as a six year old.

The question now is will CDI disqualify him from the Derby win? Given his connections, I would not be surprised, if they do. So that would make Good Magic the winner.
