Its the guy that bought Goodnight Olive, Puca, Queen Caroline, Caravel, etc. he just recently got into racing and spent a ton of money. Honestly I don't know if he has been in racing for a year.

Thanks for the context! Not a bad thing to have more owners in the sport, but it sounds like there's a reason he had to ask an AI to write a statement for him.
Maybe he'll realize in a decade or so that his whole "let's not talk about the bad things" stance is a large part of what got the industry into this mess in the first place.

Not a Repole fan but I do agree with him on one point here.
