The Boz'n
This is a fun game, but it's limited by the number of letters horse names end with, which aren't many. I looked through today's Keeneland card and found that all the horses but two had names ending in a, d, e, g, h, k, l, m, n, o, p, r, s, t, w or y. There was one x, and one b -- and the b horse had initials (Mr. G.L.B.) for a name. So many memorable horses with names beginning with all those other letters (Quack! John Henry! Unbridled!) will never get a mention here, and inevitably we'll start repeating names.
Maybe the rules could be changed -- each name has to begin with the third letter of the preceding name, perhaps. Just nobody use Ea!
