Discreet Dancer (Discreet Cat x West Side Dancer) is a half-brother to Travelin Man (who was adopted out a month or two ago), and a full-brother to Sweet N Discreet who sold last night at Fasig-Tipton for $1.1 million. Discreet Dancer won the now infamous Grade 2 Gulfstream Park Handicap where Fort Larned dumped his jockey at the start and ran off in front of the field. He was also 3rd in the 2012 G2 Fountain of Youth to Union Rags and 3rd in the 2013 G1 Carter.
Now a gelding, Discreet Dancer participated in the Retired Racehorse Project’s Americas Most Wanted Thoroughbred Contest held in October at Pimlico Racecourse.
