HARD STING won race #3 at Parx today. His record is now 27-3-8-5. Worth mentioning that his record with his new connections since being claimed is 5-2-3-0, all at Parx. Since blinkers were added in his last race for his previous connections, his record is 6-2-4-0. Remarkable improvement with the blinkers.

BELGRADE won race #1 at Tampa Bay today. His record is now 2-2-0-0. He went to his knees at the start and trailed the field for the first half. Circled the field on the turn, widest of all and got up for the win. Gutsy run after that horrible start.

CADDO RIVER finished 3rd today in a 1 mile allowance at Oaklawn. Got a decent speed figure so hope is not lost for him.
He was moving forward in the stretch with a good chance to win but got bumped hard by a foe. Slammed him sideways and he lost all momentum. That foe finished behind him so no objection called.

The #1 horse caused the problem. Bumped the horse that bumped CADDO RIVER. If CADDO had finished closer, that horse might have been DQed, but finish wasn't close enough to make a case he was denied a better finish. But jockeys should not be allowed to pull that kind of stuff. Poor CADDO can't catch a break!
